Amanda Smith Caterers was one of the exhibitors at the Greenwich Harbor Yacht Showcase.
For the opening party we offered our ceviche trio - octopus acapulqueno; scallops, melon & habanero chilies; mojito sea bass
- and during the weekend we prepared Paella Valenciana table side.
