Summer is around the corner and that means PICNICS! Amanda Smith Caterers was founded on the idea of picnics and since 2002 we have been preparing delicious picnics for New Yorkers who want to lounge under the stars of Central Park in Manhattan and Prospect Park in Brooklyn.
