Planning on going to one of this summer'sfree New York Philharmonic concerts in Central Park or Prospect Park? Be sure to bring along some tasty grub, even if you don't have time to pack a picnic yourself. Caterer Amanda Smith is selling three varieties of gourmet dinner baskets – citrus-grilled salmon with French lentil salad, herb-crusted filet mignon with grilled corn and tomato salad, or grilled tarragon chicken with penne and arugula – and from the taste we had, we can definitely vouch for the quality. For a sweet treat at the end of the meal, each basket comes with peach-and-strawberry crumble or chocolate brick cake. Convenient pick-up spots include two Uptown locations and one in Brooklyn ($28 per person; click here to see more info and place an order; baskets are also available for special events).
